William Michael Wakefield

William Michael Wakefield, age 62 of Clarksville, TN passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021 peacefully at his residence. William was born to William and Sharon Wakefield on January 12, 1959 in Sacramento, CA. William loved riding his Harley. He was very hands on and loved to work. If he wasn’t working, he was spending time with his dog, Magic. William will be remembered by his family and friends as a loving father, grandfather, son, brother and friend.

Left to cherish his memory is his father, William Wakefield; daughters, Sherri Alston (Ryan) of Clarksville, TN and Melanie Steffens (David) of Clarksville, TN; brother, David Wakefield of Waterford, CA; sister, Joan Mendez (Gilbert) of Modesto, CA; grandchildren, Riley Madsen, Bellamie Alston and Madison Alston. William is also survived by good friends, Jerry and his wife, Judy. Jerry was like a father figure to him and he thought of him highly.

William is preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Wakefield.
