William Frank "Billy" Owen

William (Billy) Frank Owen of Woodlawn went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 14, 2017. The Memorial Service will be Saturday Oct. 21,2017 at Gateway Funeral Home at 1:00 pm, with Bro. Chuck Cato officiating.

He was born in Indian Mound, Tn, December 10, 1934, his parents were Frank Madison Owen and Beatrice Bellamy Owen. Mr. Owen was a long time resident of Woodlawn, he worked many years as a truck driver and he was a member of Blooming Grove Baptist Church.

He is survived by his children, Daniel (Frances) Owen, Cleveland TN, Ginger (Bill) Nagey, Murfressboro TN, Jeff Owen, Clarksville TN, Kallo Miller Woodlawn, sister Wanda Sue Owen, Erin TN, and Jane Owen of Woodlawn. Grandchildren Brianne (Phillip) Montgomery, Murfressboro, TN William (Kara) Nellis AFB, NV, Jessica (Bradley) Hoskins, Apsion TN and eight great grandchildren. He is also survived by his former wife and care giver, Jane Owen. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Gateway Funeral Home from 11am-1pm, Memorial Service will begin at 1 pm.
