Walter "Tommy" Thomas Howard III

Walter “Tommy” Thomas Howard III, age 62 of Dover, TN passed away at his residence on Friday, March 25, 2022. Tommy was born in Chattanooga, TN on July 1, 1959 to the late Walter Thomas Howard Jr. and Lovisia Panter Harris. Tommy will be remembered as a valued caretaker of elderly. Left to cherish his memory is his son, Thomas Howard; aunt, Joeva Davis; niece, Brittany Howard; nephew, Steven Howard; great niece, Patricia Howard and sister in law, Deborah Howard. Along with Tommy’s parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Steven Howard. In keeping with Tommy’s wishes, there will be no public services.
