Terrie Humberd, age 61 passed away on March 2nd, 2016 at her residence in Cunningham, TN. She was born on December 23rd, 1954 in Knoxville, TN to Howard William Knox and the late Ora Lou McMahan Knox. In addition to her mother, she is also preceded in death by a sister, Valerie Mayfield.

She attended Trinity Episcopal Church where she was an active volunteer. She supported causes that related to nature and animals, and enjoyed woodworking and crafts. She was very dedicated to her family.

She is survived by her husband, Dr. Quentin Humberd of Cunningham; father Howard Knox of Knoxville; one son, Daniel Humberd of Murfreesboro; two daughters, Jessica Potts (Jacob) of Murfreesboro; Elizabeth Holliday (Cory) of Gainesboro, TN; one brother, David Knox (Pati) of Knoxville; and sister Carolyn Webb (Bruce) of Franklin, TN. She is also survived by five grandchildren; Catie, Millie and Sam Holliday, and Joseph and William Potts.

A celebration of Terrie's life will be held on Saturday March 19, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Trinity Episcopal Church, 317 Franklin Street, Clarksville. A reception will follow the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Walden's Puddle in Joelton or Wildlife Rehabilitation.
