Teresa Castelli Leik

Teresa Castelli Leik, age 47 passed away on Sunday, October 30th, 2016 at St.Thomas West Hospital in Nashville. She was born on July 4th, 1969 in Temple, TX to Joseph and Artie Spiers Castelli. She served her country in the United States Navy and was employed as a CNA for a hospice facility. She was patient, kind, and had a selfless attitude. She had a devoted affection for her loved ones.

She is survived by her parents, Joseph and Artie Castelli; fiance Kelly Barber; two sons, Steven and Daniel Leik; daughter Tiffany Leik and brother Dennis Brennan. She is also survived by one grandchild, Jayden Leik.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 5th at 1:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Gateway Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will begin at 12:00 p.m. until time of service.
