Shontay Sherlle Deal

Shontay Sherlle Deal, age 45, of Clarksville, TN passed away on Monday, August 31, 2020, at Tennova Healthcare. She was born on November 13, 1974, in Clarksdale, MS to Anonios Deal, Sr. and the late Ruth Love Deal. Shontay enjoyed journaling, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Shontay's memory will forever be cherished by her loving son, TaeShawn Deal; her father, Anonios Deal, Sr.; her siblings, Pamela Deal, Anonios Deal, Jr. (Emmy), and Earnest Deal; nieces, Amiyah Deal, Ashley Deal, Aireanna Deal, AnnAliyah Deal, Danae Traughber, and DeAja Traughber; nephews, Timothy Deal, and Aydan Deal. Shontay is preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Love Deal.

A walk-through visitation for Shontay will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2020, at Gateway Funeral Home from 12:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. The family will be present beginning at 1:00 P.M.
