Shirley A. Smith

Shirley A. Smith age 80 of Clarksville, passed away on Friday May 27, 2016 at the Spring Meadows Healthcare Center in Clarksville. She was born December 25, 1935 in Houston County, the daughter of the late Hester Clements and Christine Adams Clements. Shirley is survived by two daughters, Laura Stamper of Clarksville and Sandra Forer of Maryville, IL, as well as four brothers, James Clements of Paducah, KY; Leo Clements of Granite City,, IL; David Clements of Granite City, IL and Jackie Clements of Erin, TN; and four grandchildren. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Peter Smith who passed away in 1998 and a son Danny Mogelesky. In keeping with Shirley's wishes, there will be no public funeral services.
