Scott Frances Billman

Scott Frances Billman, 68, of Clarksville, TN passed away at home on Tuesday, October 24, 2023. He was born September 15, 1955 in Canton, OH to the late Frank Billman and Norma Rex Billman. 

Scott thoroughly enjoyed dressing up and wearing his fedoras. He liked playing his guitar and harmonica and singing. He also delighted in spending time in the great outdoors. While working as a truck driver, he took pleasure in taking trips across the county with his wife, Ruby and his boxer Opal.
