Ruth Robinson-Brooks

Ruth C. Robinson - Brooks age 60 of Clarksville, passed away on Thursday August 18, 2016 at Tennova Healthcare. She was born October 22, 1955 in Munich Germany, the daughter of Karl Jacobi and Justina Reittstetter. Ruth had worked as a rural mail carrier for 14 years until her retirement. She and her husband raised and showed Tennessee Walking Horses and Spotted Saddle Horses. She is survived by her husband George A. Brooks Jr.; a son Mitchell Jonny Robinson of Clarksville; a daughter Heidi Diane Hanson of Clarksville; a granddaughter Alexis Hanson and a sister Jutta J. Prather of Clarksville. In keeping with Ruth's wishes there will be no public funeral services. Arrangements are under the care of Gateway Funeral Home and Cremation Center 335 Franklin Street Clarksville, TN 37040.
