Rogelio "Roger" DeMoura

Rogelio “Roger” DeMoura, age 61, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Saturday September 11, 2021 at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville.  He was born March 19, 1960 in Ft. Campbell, KY, the son of the late Frank Everett DeMoura and Carmen Marguerita Davila DeMoura.  Roger served his country in the US Army.  He worked for many years as a certified auto mechanic as well as having numerous side jobs over the years.  He enjoyed motorcycles and he enjoyed his work in repairing cars.  He is survived by his wife Teresa Kent Hulett DeMoura of Clarksville, step children Jason Longan of Clarksville, Brandy Eley (Scott) of Clarksville, and Krysta Longan of Clarksville.  Also surviving is his sister Deborah Lane of Clarksville, and brothers Frank DeMoura of Clarksville, and Raul DeMoura of Princeton, KY as well as one granddaughter Gwen Eley.  Following cremation, Roger will be laid to rest at the Kentucky Veteran Cemetery, West in Hopkinsville, KY.  Arrangements are under the care of Gateway Funeral Home and Cremation Center  335 Franklin Street  Clarksville, TN  37040.  Phone 931-919-2600.  Online condolences may be made by going to www.gatewayfh.com.
