Robert Bennie Mitchell, Jr.

Mr. Robert Bennie Mitchell, Jr. passed away on February 9th, 2015, at Gateway Medical Center in Clarksville, TN at the age of 50. He was born in Clarksville on September 9th, 1964 to Robert Bennie Mitchell, Sr. and the late Carolyn Moody. He was a member of the Cabin Row Missionary Baptist Church. In addition to his mother, he was also preceded in death by his son, Andre' Mitchell; brother Dexter Mitchell; grandmother, Christine "Big Mama" Moody; grandfather, J.H. Moody and uncle Hermon Moody.

He is survived by his father, Robert Mitchell, Sr.; son Antonio Mitchell; daughter Alexis Atwell (Chase); two grandchildren, Kay Lani Simmons, Kyng Mitchell; uncle Raymond Moody; nephew Darius Reese; niece Carolyn "CeCe" Mitchell; and cousins Carolyn "ReeRee" Moody and Shane Burgess.

A memorial service will be held at Cabin Row Missionary Baptist Church on Saturday, March 7th, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. , with Reverend James E. Trotter officiating.
