Paula K. Phillips

Paula K. Phillips age 41 of Clarksville, passed away at her residence on Tuesday November 8, 2016. She was born January 16, 1975 in San Antonio, TX, the daughter of Ronnie Phillips and Marlene K. Lambert Phillips of Clarksville. Paula is a graduate of University of Tennessee Martin with a degree in history and a graduate of Dyersburg State Community College with a degree in business. She served her country from October 1999 until October 2003 in the U.S. Air Force. She then was employed as a pharmacy technician at Wal Mart, most recently at the location in Sango. She is a member of the Excell Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother Tech Sgt Jason L. Phillips & Patti of Dyess AFB in Texas and a sister Rhonda A. Phillips & George Brown of Tampa, FL. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday November 11, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the Excell Baptist Church with Pastor Terrell Marcom officiating. Visitation will be for the hour prior to services at the church. Burial with military honors will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Judes. Arrangements are under the care of Gateway Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
