Paul Junior "Bubba" Groves

Paul Junior "Bubba" Groves age 69 of Clarksville, passed away at his son's home on Monday June 13, 2016. Paul was a member of Lee's Chapel Church of Christ. He is survived by his sons Paul E. Groves (Pam) and Wendell Groves (Christy) all of Clarksville. One brother Sammy Groves (Shirley) of Cunningham; 4 sisters Nancy Hembree of Cumberland Furnace,TN; Helen Ford (Steve Zarbock) of Cumberland Furnace, TN; Sara McWhorter (Wayne) of Clarksville; and Isabell Wall of Clarksville. He is also survived by grandchildren Andrew Hall of Savannah, GA; Rodney Poling of Clarksville; Tim Groves of Charlotte, TN; Chris McWhorter of Clarksville; Jasmine Biggers of Clarksville; Diedra Groves of Clarksville; Charvell Groves of Clarksville; and Hailey Jo King of Charlotte, TN as well as 16 great grandchildren. A Celebration of Bubba's Life will be conducted on Friday June 17, 2016 at 5:00 P.M. at Lee's Chapel Church of Christ 1520 Mt. Herman Road Southside, TN 37171. Brothers Rodney Leetham and Donnie Harrison will officiate. There will be a visitation at the church from 3:00 P.M. until the time of services at 5:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Lee's Chapel Church of Christ. Gateway Funeral Home and Cremation Center is assisting with arrangements.
