Nora May Edmond

Nora May Edmond age 68 of Clarksville, passed away on Monday December 19, 2016 at Spring Meadows Healthcare Center. She was born March 20, 1948 in Wintersville, Ohio, the daughter of the late Arthur G. Miller and Ellie Gail Miller. She is also preceded in death by a sister Bernice Hill.

Nora had been employed with the Army/Air Force exchange system for several years. In her younger years she enjoyed bowling.

She is survived by her husband Richard L. Edmond of Clarksville; a son Richard L. Edmond II and fianc Gina of Nashville; brothers Arthur "Butch" Miller Jr. of Weirton, WVA; Robert Miller of Bloomingdale, OH; Donald J. Miller of Beaver Dam, KY; half brothers Joe Gail of Jewett, OH; and Jack Gail of Clearwater, FL; sisters Carol Sygrove of Spring Hill, FL; and Virginia June Miller of Beaver Dam, KY. Nora is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Ashley May Conley; Amber Lee Edmond; Stetson Levi Edmond; Leeann Edmond; and Melainy Edmond as well as two great grandchildren Caiden Lee-Scott and Paisley Maelynn.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday December 23, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Gateway Funeral Home. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Thursday from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral Home.
