Mistie Dawn Torres

Mistie Dawn Torres, age 56, of Palmyra, TN passed away on Monday, November 7, 2022, at Tri Star Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She was born on January 5, 1966, in Sandusky, OH to the late Junior Ray Roberts and Nancy Young Roberts.

Mistie was a food enthusiast who loved to eat a wide variety of cuisines and was an excellent cook. She cherished caring for her home and spending time with her grandchildren. She loved going for swims in her pool. Mistie loved music and was a big fan of KC and the Sunshine Band. Mistie was a kind person who never harbored ill will against anyone. She is renowned for her incredible hugs.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Ashleigh (Nate) Murray; siblings, Gail (Jason) Turner, Teddy (Karin) Roberts, Johnny Roberts, and Tommy Roberts; grandchildren, Brylee, Everleigh, and Noah Murray; and several nieces and nephews. 

A funeral service will be held at Gateway Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. with visitation beginning at 11:00 A.M. until the time of service. Pastor Phillip Dunn will officiate the service.
