Matthew Orren Riley

Matthew Orren Riley age 32 of Clarksville, passed away on Sunday July 16, 2017 at Spring Meadows of Clarksville. He was born January 24, 1985 in Findlay, OH the son of Rickey Riley and Brenda Young Stimmel. Matthew is a graduate of North Baltimore High School. He served in the Marine Corps and the Army for a total of 7 years. He worked as a truck driver until his health no longer permitted him to work. Matthew is survived by his wife Amber Kinnich Riley of Clarksville. He is also survived by his father and step mother Rickey & Emily Riley of N. Baltimore; his mother and step father Brenda & Dan Stimmel of N. Baltimore; a son Aiden James Riley of Clarksville; brothers Dan Stimmel, Tyler Stimmel and Ethan Riley, all of N. Baltimore; a sister Kristina Riley of N. Baltimore; grandparents Duane & Rhea Young of Findlay, OH. He is preceded in death by a son Cody Aaron Riley and grandparents Joe & Vera Riley. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday July 21, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Smith-Crates Funeral Home in North Baltimore, OH. Burial with full military honors will be provided. Visitation will be at Smith-Crates on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 on Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Semper Fi Fund or the Colon Cancer Research fund in Matthew's name. Local arrangements are under the care of Gateway Funeral Home, Clarksville.
