Marvin Eugene Shaffer

Marvin Eugene Shaffer age 44 of Memphis, formerly of Clarksville, passed away on Tuesday February 7, 2017 at his residence. He was born on January 22, 1973 in Seoul, Korea. Marvin is a graduate of North West High School in Clarksville and lived and worked several years in Clarksville before moving to Memphis. He is survived by his Father and step mother Larry & Judy Shaffer of Clarksville and his Mother Yong Yong Song Jones of Alma, AR. He is also survived by sisters Diane (Blake) Rogers of Alma AR; Melissa Shaffer of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; Megan Shaffer of Clarksville; Dixie (Geoff) Ransford of White Bluff, TN and Discie (Rod) Rodriguez of Clarksville. He is preceded in death by a brother Timothy Shaffer. Memorial Services will be conducted on Saturday February 11, 2017 at 4:00 P.M. from the Chapel of Gateway Funeral Home. There will be a visitation time from 2-4 P.M. on Saturday at the Funeral Home.
