Maria C. Stuckey

Maria C. Stuckey, age 81, of Clarksville, TN passed away on Monday, July 8, 2024 at Clarksville Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born March 9, 1943 in Spain to the late Manuel Gil and Hilda Baez. 

Maria found great joy in fishing during her spare time, feeling at peace by the water as she pursued her passion. She also enjoyed spending time at the dog track, trying her luck.  Additionally, she had a playful side to her personality. Her sense of humor was infectious, and she had a talent for teasing her loved ones in a light-hearted manner. 

Left to cherish her memories are her grandchildren: George (Melissa) Collazo, Janthony (Tiye) Collazo, Jasen Torres, and Arthur Torres; 9 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren, and 3 siblings. 

In addition to her parents, Maria is preceded in death by her husband, William Stuckey; her son, Arturo Torres; daughter, Hilda Monahan, and 6 siblings. 

There are no public services scheduled at this time.
