Margaret "Peggy" Ann Perkinson, age 68, of Clarksville, TN passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at Tennova Healthcare. She was born on July 30, 1953, in Lorain, OH to the late Gerald D. Feldkamp and Glenadine P. Barnes Feldkamp.
Peggy was brought up in the Catholic faith. She is a graduate of Marion L. Steele High School in Amherst, OH, and received her paralegal degree from Edmondson Business College in Chattanooga, TN. She spent several years working for the Clarksville Police Department, first as a Traffic Analyst, and later as a Records Clerk. She loved to collect butterflies and teapots in her free time. She also cherished crocheting. Her favorite pastime was enjoying live music by local bands in Clarksville and surrounding areas. She considered the band members of Queen City Committee, Geezer, Driving Savannah, and The Beagles as some of her very special friends. Everyone who knew Peggy will remember her infectious smile, sweetness, and kindness to all.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Michael (Karen) Perkinson and Anna Dowlen (Casey Grim); her brother, Dan (Sue) Feldkamp; her sister, Kim (Thomas) Doll; grandson, Daniel Perkinson; niece, Stephanie (Keith) Bistline; nephew, Alex Feldkamp; and great-nephew, Jackson Bistline, as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
A memorial service will be held at Gateway Funeral Home on Saturday, July 30, 2022, which would have been Peggy's 69th birthday. Services will begin at 5:00 P.M. with visitation for one hour prior.
