Kathleen Janette Forbus

Kathleen Janette Forbus, age 71, passed away on Sunday, May 3rd, 2015 at St. Thomas Hospital West in Nashville, TN. She was born on August 23rd, 1943 in Berkeley, CA to the late Duward and Verna Hartwigsen Mallet. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one sister, Maraley Engels.

She is survived by three sons, Jim Roach of Dallas, TX, David Roach of Murray, Ky, Nathan Forbus of Clarksville; two daughters, Laura Hardin of Munford, TN, Susan Roach of Keller, TX; two brothers, Bill and Sam Mallett of California; and one sister, Nancy Wallace of Oregon. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Services will be held on Thursday, May 7th, at 7:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Gateway Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will be at 5:00 p.m. until the time of service.
