Kantrell DeShawn Head

Kantrell DeShawn Head was born on February 8, 1991 in Clarksville, TN to LaCretta Head and Thurman Webb. Kantrell was a graduate of Rossview High School and employed as a landscaper. He accepted Christ at an early age and enjoyed supporting local community events. He cherished his huge family, friends and was known famously for his style and being the greatest storyteller alive! He always left you with a hug and “I love you”.

He is survived by mother, LaCretta Head; father, Thurman Webb; children, Kayden Head, Kantrell Head Jr, Kamias Head and a baby on the way; brothers, Victor Head, Lexavier Head, Jaynarie Jenkins and JayCarter Webb; sisters, Natalia Head, Osbrian Head and Kyoko Head; grandparents, Elizabeth Rogers and Mary Jones; uncle, John Young; aunts, Nellene (Victor) Livingston, Sherry (Walter) Merriwether, Lacresha (David) Johnson, Cynthia (Alex) Witherspoon, Shinetrice Walker, Angie Webb, Ruby Dowlen, Vickie Merriwether, Kem Webb and Delma Daniels.

Kantrell was preceded in death by grandfathers, Billy Wayne Head and Charles Robert Young; sister, Kazariah Head.

Visitation for Kantrell Head will be held on Friday, July 23, 2021 at 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M at Gateway Funeral Home. The funeral will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 12:00 P.M. There will be one of hour of visitation prior. Officiating will be Minister Felicia Ransom. Interment will follow immediately after at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
