John Henry Buthje

John Henry Buthje III passed away at the age of 55 at his residence in Clarksville, TN on April 7, 2017. He was born in Kansas City, KS on May 23, 1961 to the late John Henry Buthje Jr. and Doris Paxton Buthje. Along with doing work as a carpenter for many years and previously being a butcher at Kroger, Mr. Buthje was employed as a pressman at Quebecor for 23 years. He was also a member of the Grace Lutheran Church in Clarksville, TN. Along with his parents, Mr. Buthje is preceded in death by a brother, Brent Elliot Buthje. He is survived by one sister, Diane Buthje Stanfill George; four nieces and nephews, Jameson Stanfill, Courtney George, Brent Buthje (Kayla), and Lillian Buthje; and two great nephews, Jason Stanfill and Wyatt Buthje.

A Memorial service will be held on Friday, April 14, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Gateway Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service.
