Jerry M. Beardsley

Jerry M. Beardsley age 69 of Clarksville, went to be with the Lord on Thursday March 8, 2018 at his residence. He was born September 12, 1948 in Binghamton, NY, the son of the late Norris Beardsley and Alice Friends Beardsley. Jerry served his country in the U.S. Army during 1965 and 1966. He is a member of Discover Life Church and an avid reader. He enjoyed chess, watching westerns on TV and doing computer generated art work. He is survived by his wife Mary Pratt Beardsley, a son Robert Beardsley of Clarksville; a brother Bruce Beardsley of Canton, OH; a sister Kathy Schiele of Canton, OH; and 4 grandchildren Tyler, Logan, Caleb, and Aidan Beardsley. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday at 2:00 P.M. at Gateway Funeral Home with Pastor Betty Coghill officiating. Entombment with military honors will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
