Janice Marie Jones

Janice Marie Jones, age 80, of Big Rock, TN passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at her home. Janice was born on April 11, 1942 in Johnson City, NY. She was the daughter of Charles and Thelma Wilcox. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Van Jones, and brother, Raymond Wilcox. Survivors include her son, Larry Katon (Darlene), and sisters, Linda Aldrich (Mac) and Darlene Wilcox; grandchildren, Larry (Erica) and Brandon Katon and great grandchildren, Delilah and Reed Katon.

Janice lived her life taking care of others as a CNA for many years in Pennsylvania, and even after retiring, she continued providing home care to people in need. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. As per her wishes, there will be a private memorial at a time determined by the family.
