Mr Evans is survived by his son, James Wade Evans, III of Clarksville, TN, daughter, Kurstie Nichole Evans of Guthrie, KY, sister, Tammy (Kelly) Lancaster of Lavergne, TN, grandchildren, Larkin Combs and Lennox Combs, and his parents, James Wade Evans, Sr. and Pansy Evans of Cadiz, KY.
