Jade Ashley-Melissa Rothermel

Born in Providence, RI until the age of eight and raised in Clarksville, TN; Jade Ashley-Melissa Rothermel passed away unexpectedly on Labor Day in Stewart County, TN.

Jade was a pure hearted kind soul, who loved to smile and have fun with her friends. She was a lover of nature, animals and astrology. You could find her sitting outside looking up at the stars underneath a beautiful tree while searching for an animal in need of a loving home.

Jade was the beloved daughter of Crystal (Rothermel) Piti and Joseph Piti, both residents of Clarksville, TN and originally from Rhode Island. Besides her parents, Jade also leaves behind a big sister, Ashley Piti of Glocester, RI and two younger brothers, Joey Piti and Connor Piti of Clarksville, TN.

She is also survived by her maternal grandparents, Brenda and Edward Card of Burrillville, RI and great-granddaughter of Elizabeth Dibiasio, and the granddaughter of the late Raymond Brassard; paternal grandmother, Michele Wilson of Burrillville, RI and the late paternal grandfather, Richard Piti. She was the niece of Carl and Courtney Rothermel, Andrew Card, Raymond Brassard, Melissa and Mike Korsak, Olivia Piti and Allie Guertin. Other survivors include many cousins, great aunts and uncles, extended family from all sides of the family tree, and a long list of friends who loved her dearly.

Monetary contributions may be made directly to Jade's mother, Crystal Piti and flowers may be sent directly to Crystal Piti or Gateway Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at Gateway Funeral Home on Monday, September 18, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. with visitation beginning at 4:00 P.M. until the time of service.
