Hattie Lee Moore, age 90, of Southside, TN transitioned from this life on Sunday, March 17, 2024 at her home. She was born May 22, 1933 in Montgomery County, TN to the late Rushin Baynham and Lillie Trice Baynham.
Hattie graduated from Historical Burt High School. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior early in life and was a member of Cabin Row Missionary Baptist Church. Hattie enjoyed reading and watching classic movies including Harrison Ford and Indiana Jones.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Earl W. Moore; her son, Kenneth Moore; and siblings, Willie Lee Baynham, Reverend Johnny Baynham, Earl Baynham, L.M. Baynham, Augusta Moss, Anna Moody, Mae Ella Williams, Christine Moody, and Myrtle Vance. She leaves loving memories to her daughter, Gwendolyn Moore; granddaughter, Tara Moore, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives, and friends.
Funeral services will be held at Cabin Row Missionary Baptist Church in Southside, TN on Monday, March 25, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. with visitation beginning at 1:00 P.M. until the time of the service. Burial will follow immediately after the service in the church cemetery. Pastor James Trotter will officiate the service.
