Harold Marion Walker

Harold Marion Walker age 84 of Paris, TN passed away on Tuesday April 10, 2018 at his residence. He was born December 28, 1933 in Zanesville, OH the son of the late Sherman and June Armstrong. Harold served his country for over 20 years in the U.S. Army in both Korea and Vietnam. He retired as a Master Sergeant. Following his time in the military he worked for several years in sales. He is a member of the VFW and the Masonic Lodge as well as the Shrine, where he volunteered as a clown. He is survived by his wife Ida Bell Panter Walker of Paris; a son Hal Walker (Cathy) of Round Rock, TX; and daughters Kim Thomas of Hendersonville, NC; and Shawn Beach of Hinesville, GA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by two daughters Linda Hall and Karen Robinson and his first wife Kay Walker. Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday April 15, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at Gateway Funeral Home. Burial with military honors will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be for the hour prior to the services. Arrangements are under the care of Gateway Funeral Home and Cremation Center 335 Franklin Street Clarksville, TN 37040. Phone 931-919-2600.
