Gregory J. Thompson

Gregory J. Thompson age 67 of Clarksville, passed away on Saturday August 18, 2018 at his residence. He was born July 26, 1951 in St. Paul, MN, the son of the late Arthur Joseph Thompson and Eleanore Bowman Thompson. Gregory had been employed as an estimator and machinist for various companies, most recently with J & E Earl Manufacturing. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in River Falls, WI. He loved to kayak and was proud to be active in the AA program. He is survived by his wife Margaret Ann Cooper Thompson of Clarksville; a son Justin Thompson of Ft. Bragg, NC; a daughter Korey Thompson of Hudson WI; eight step children and a sister Ginny Berning of Mesa, AZ. He is also survived by a grandson and 2 nephews and a niece. A celebration of Gregory's life will be held at the River Falls Moose Lodge in River Falls, WI. on Monday August 27, 2018. The service will be held at 7:00 P.M. and visitation with the family will be for the hour prior to services.
