Elizabeth Ann Hicks

Elizabeth Ann Hicks age 79 of Clarksville, passed away on Sunday September 18, 2016 at Signature Healthcare in Clarksville. She was born January 11th, 1937 in Clarksville, the daughter of the late Leslie Seay and Martha Bracey Seay. Ann was a homemaker, and was baptized at the St. Bethlehem Baptist Church. She loved people, was friendly to everyone she met, but most important was her family. She was the record keeper of the family.

She is survived by her son, Robert Lee Markel of Clarksville; daughters Susan Ann Manchester and Dawn Eileen Motes, both of Clarksville, and Donna Wade & husband Richard of Somerset, KY. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 12 great- grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby C. Hicks; brother Floyd Raymond Seay and a sister Mildred Irene Ward.

A memorial service will be conducted on Thursday September 22, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Gary Atkins officiating at Gateway Funeral Home. Friends may visit for the hour prior to services.
