Eduardo Soto Vargas, age 80 passed away on September 8, 2016 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He was born on March 23, 1936 to the late Manuel and Romona Soto Vargas in Sanutrce, Puerto Rico.
He is survived by two loving daughters, Rosa Rivera (Carlos) and Aida Soto; grandchildren, Wladimir Rosado and Pablo River.
