Duwayne Clawson

Duwayne Clawson, age 57 of Clarksville passed away on Tuesday March 29, 2016 following a logging accident. He was born May 28, 1958 in Clarksville, the son of the late Charles Clawson Sr. and Beatrice Sieber Clawson.

Duwayne is a graduate of Clarksville High School and had been self employed. Duwayne was raised in the Baptist Church. He is survived by his daughter, Leslie Cherry; brothers Charles Edwin Clawson Jr. and wife Vicki of Clarksville; Ricky Eugene Clawson and wife Kathy of Clarksville; William Adrian Clawson and wife Judy of Redbud, IL as well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday April 2, 2016 at 12 noon at the Chapel of Gateway Funeral Home with Brother George Adair officiating. There will be a visitation on Friday from 4-7 P.M. and again on Saturday from 10 A.M. until the time of services at the funeral home. In keeping with Duwayne's wishes, cremation will follow the services.
