David Paul Mundell

David Paul Mundell, age 39, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Sunday August 22, 2021 at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville.  He was born February 19, 1982 in Ft. Benning, GA, the son of Larry Mundell and Anong Santiago Mundell of Clarksville.  David served his country in the US Army.  During his working career he worked in construction, drywall and as a mechanic and in later years worked at Trane Corporation as a welder.  He was currently employed as a welder with Hendrickson Company.  He has lived in Clarksville since 1982 and played football and baseball at Kenwood Middle School and High School.  He also participated in karate and taekwondo.  In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife Jessica Rosenberger Mundell of Clarksville and sons Tyler Mundell and Bryden Mundell and his step daughter Makayla Rosenberger.  A celebration of David’s life will be held on Wednesday September 8, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Gateway Funeral Home.  Visitation will be for the hour prior to services.  Arrangements are under the care of Gateway Funeral Home and Cremation Center  335 Franklin Street  Clarksville, TN  37040.  Phone 931-919-2600.  Online condolences may be made by going to www.gatewayfh.com.
