Darrell Phillips

Darrell Phillips age 48 of Clarksville passed away on Friday August 11, 2017 at Tennova Health Care in Clarksville. He was born March 24, 1969 in Chicago, IL the son of the late Bartell Anthony White and Mary Ella Phillips. He has been formerly employed with Austin Peay State University in food service for several years. He had also been employed with Electrolux. While residing in Chicago he was a member of the Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church. Darrell is survived by a son Johnathan M. Bowie of Clarksville; a sister Senedra Love of Clarksville; brothers Darnell Phillips (twin brother) of Atlanta; and Gerrick Phillips of Alabama; and a devoted friend Kyatina Bowie of Clarksville. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a brother Torrance Phillips and a sister Monica Green. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday August 19, 2017 at 12 noon at the Chapel of Gateway Funeral Home. Visitation will be prior to the funeral services on Saturday from 10 A.M. until noon.
