Daris Allen Carmack age 46 of Clarksville passed away on Saturday May 5, 2018 at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville. He was born November 26, 1971 in Newport, KY the son of the late Jerry Fortner and Linda Inman Carmack. Daris is survived by his wife Melissa Bush Carmack of Clarksville; and a son Nicolas Allen Carmack of Clarksville and a daughter Clara Jean Carmack of Clarksville. He is also survived by a brother Tracy Inman of Newport, KY and a sister Angie Omare of Newport, KY. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son Darius Allen (DJ) Carmack Jr. No public services are planned at this time.
