Charles Stephen Mills

Charles Stephen Mills age 72 of Clarksville, passed away on Monday December 18, 2017 at Spring Meadows Health Care of Clarksville. He was born in Clarksville on February 20, 1945, the son of the late Charles Marvin Mills and Margaret Sensing. Charles is a graduate of Montgomery Central High School and had attended Austin Peay State University. He had been employed for several years with the Tennessee Department of Transportation until his health no longer permitted him to work. Charles was a UT fan and an avid reader. He is survived by a sister Brenda Mills Hackett of Clarksville and a brother Robert Joseph Mills of Arlington, VA. In keeping with Charles wishes, there will be no public funeral services.
