Brenda Lee Meriwether

Brenda Lee Meriwether, age 59 of Clarksville, TN lost her battle with a long illness on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at her residence. Brenda was born in Calloway County, KY on August 19, 1961 to the late Ruba Earl and Isie Mae Thomas. Brenda loved flowers. She worked at a floral nursery for over 30 years. She was very family oriented. Brenda will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, mother-in-law and friend.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Wayne Hancock (Victoria) of Pembroke, KY; brother, Roy Earl Thomas (Tammy) of Cadiz, KY; grandchildren, James Wyatt Hancock, Lily Mae Hancock and Wayne Alan Hancock Jr; nephews, Matthew Thomas (Rachel) of Cadiz, KY and Justin Thomas (Amanda) of Cadiz, KY.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, John “Tiger” Meriwether and granddaughter, Cheyenne Allison Hancock.
