Blanche McIntosh

Blanche McIntosh age 86 of Clarksville passed away on Saturday July 1, 2017 at Tennova Health Care in Clarksville. She was born August 23, 1930 in Paintsville, KY. Blanche was a homemaker and was devoted to her family. She is a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include her sons William R. McIntosh of Stanwood, WA and Michael Lee McIntosh of Clarksville. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren Ryan McIntosh and Jamie McIntosh and a great grandchild Faith Rae McIntosh. She is preceded in death by her husband William McIntosh who passed on August 28, 2003 as well as two brothers Ernest Spradlin and Ermin Spradlin. There are no public funeral services planned.
