Billy Ray Proctor, Sr.

Billy Ray Proctor, Sr., age 59, of Clarksville, TN passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at his home. He was born on August 2, 1962 in Clarksville, TN to the late Robert Lee Proctor and Frances Euvalla Swaw Proctor.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Beverly Jean Proctor; sons, Dustin Proctor, Billy Ray Proctor, and Michael Meadows; his siblings, Debra Sue Proctor and Bobby Proctor; two granddaughters, Suzanna Nicole Lee and Lily Mae Proctor, and one grandson, Gabe Diamond.

In addition to his parents, Billy is preceded in death by his granddaughter, Aubrey Nicole Proctor.
