Beverly Jean Smith

Beverly Jean Smith age 62 of Clarksville, passed away on Sunday August 25, 2019 at Signature Healthcare in Clarksville. She was born in Montgomery County, TN the daughter of the late Jesse G. Moss Sr. and Ethel M. Trotter Moss. Beverly is a 1975 graduate of Clarksville High School. She is a former member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church. Beverly is survived by her daughter Aishia Smith Springfield (Melvin) of Glasgow, KY; her sister Alrita Wilson of Clarksville; her brother Jesse G. Moss Jr. of Nashville, TN; a half brother Donald Ray Johnson of Clarksville. Also surviving are grandchildren Lataveous Smith; Dominic Smith; De'Ante Smith; Ni'Kiya Smith Springfield; Ja'Kayla Smith Springfield; and Daishia Springfield as well as two great grandchildren A'Mari Smith and Remy Smith. Also surviving are devoted friends Clarence Harris; Kennisha Phyall; and Dawn Johnson. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday August 28, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Gateway Funeral Home with burial following at Riverview Cemetery in Clarksville. Friends may visit at the funeral home from 10:30 A.M. until the time of services on Wednesday.
