Annette Louise VanHorn

Annette Louise VanHorn age 69 of Atlanta, GA, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2020 in Nashville, TN. She was born December 9, 1950 in Detroit, MI, the daughter of the late William Lockett and Annie Mae Fikes Lockett. Annette received her Bachelors from Detroit Mercy College and over the years worked in retail management and in mortgage processing with Standard Federal and PNC Bank. She is survived by daughters Renee A. Bellafant of Columbia, TN; Sonya G. Bellafant of Columbia, TN, and Judith I. Bellafant- Moore (Ernest) of Farmington Hills, MI. Also surviving is a sister Gail V. Owens of Decatur, GA and five grandchildren, Ashlee Bellafant, Denzel Bellafant, Taylor J. Mullins, Faith Moore and Elijah Moore. She is also survived by her former husband, James Thomas Bellafant. In addition to her parents, Annette was preceded in death by her brother, Danny M. Lockett and her younger sister, Christine Lockett Netterville. A Memorial Service will be conducted on Friday, March 6, 2020 at 12 noon at Highland Hills Funeral Home, 2422 Brick Church Pike, Nashville, TN. Visitation with the family will be on Friday from 10 A.M. until the time of services at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the care of Gateway Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
