Angela Frances "Angel" Burkes

Angela Frances "Angel" Burkes age 52 of Clarksville, passed away on Thursday December 13, 2018 at Tennova Healthcare of Clarksville. Angela was born February 6, 1966 in Kansas City, Kansas. She is the daughter of the late Arnold Rudolph Stokes and Frances Louise Garfield Stokes. She had worked as a medical transcriptionist. Angela was a volunteer with Cats Are Us, a local cat rescue. She is survived by her husband Jeff Burkes of Clarksville; sons Stefan Josefowicz (Jackie) of California; Brandon Josefowicz of Beaver Dam, KY; and Anthony Josefowicz of Clarksville, TN; and a daughter Kayla Josefowicz of Arizona. Also surviving are several brothers and sisters and three grandchildren, Noah, Aaliyah, and Quentin. In keeping with Angela's wishes, there will be no public funeral services.
